Small group CIRCLE is an opportunity to gather with like heated souls to share space together while deepening your connection to stillness and your Inner SELF.
This is an opportunity to take some special sacred time for yourSelf while you are lead to stillness through guided breath work & meditation.
There will also be periodic journaling exercises to capture the magic that come from within.
